Not sure what's up with the TD - 10 bucks for a door/window sensor isn't bad, and keep in mind that these are Z-Wave and can be integratred in to Home Assistant if you have a Z-Wave radio, with no need for a Ring app or monthly fee.

EDIT: 6 pack available as well at same per unit price:

Just checked, the 6 pack was available for $30 during last year's Thanksgiving/Cyber Monday deals. So not a bad deal if you need it right now but not a great deal either.

Luckily I was able to get in this deal last year, and have been waiting for them to drop to that price before pulling the trigger again. They have been completely rock solid with the Home Assistant Connect ZWA-2 Z-Wave controller.

I got in on this $30 deal as well. They work great with Samsung Smarthing with Samsung drivers. I have it on every external doors including garage door.
