You're probably running central AC a lot, and one of these as a 'whole home backup' would likely be at or near overload with just that alone, nevermind everything else you might have running simultaneously.
If you can dial it back to just your fridge, chest freezer, and maybe a few other essential circuits during an outage, you could have a fridge/freezer & some lights and other moderate loads (~600-800W total average) last 12hrs+ with 10kWh worth of batteries.

Anyone know the passive inverter draw, roughly? I wouldn't mind setting this to charge at low rate times and discharging during high for fridges and the like... but that's already jousting with false economy to begin with and really pushes it if passive draw is substantial.

Edit: a quick search finds it is as expensive as the entire Costco package. May as well go for two. Makes no sense unless

Or unless you REALLY needed 5k capacity on one unit... two anker s2000s would have more battery capacity, and if you could split the load, only slightly less draw and lower price.
