Any idea why the listing has two drop-down menus for size? The first box allows me to select 9.5, but the second box only says 9.

Just select the 9- that you're seeing and you'll be good to go. "The Second Dropdown ("Size"): This is the brand's own internal SKU code variation. Because certain inventory systems cannot process decimal points cleanly in certain text fields, the dash (-) serves as a placeholder for ".5" (the half size)."
