Kind of strange I was cleaning up last night and found this and started using it. It feels good massaging the tendons. Whether the effects are more than a placebo, if it helps you, then it works!

Actually this company has made this product for years. I bought mine years ago and find it helpful. It also came with a couple spring rings that you roll up and down that also provides relief.

I think you have something I have called Dupteryn's Contractures.

You need to see a doctor if your hands are getting that tight.

The good news is that you have Viking blood if you end up having them. That's kind of a cool thing to be able to say, I guess.

being a viking would be sort of awesome....sadly it's just my RA, lucky for me it doesn't happen all the time and none of it has become permanent
