I ended up getting these for a simplistic tv set of sprakers that sounded very neutral (not super loud). It has subwoofer output and multiple inputs (bluetooth, rca , hdmi, etc). It also has a built in phono preamp, so I hooked up an old record player to it as well. The hdmi is earc so it can turn on and off with tv. You won't find this combination of things in a single device that sounds this good. Instructions are poor and you should upgrade the firmware. But they sound great and are connectivity rich for this price. I have it paired with a sub and sounds really good.
