Also Sony recently modified their TOS to specifically state digital games are licensed rather than permanently owned. Combine the two and with Sony you own nothing but the system itself, and even then they can modify it however they want with updates.

It's crazy they can change their T&C after you have purchased and it would retroactively change the terms you agreed to when you bought the games (assuming you have purchased nothing after they made the change).
