Make sure to buy the 5-year extended warranty for it. Every week, my first load will not spin out on its own. I had to set a timer for 52 minutes and get ready to press the pause/start button two or three times to get it to go into spin cycle. The clothes would still be soaked after the first load. Put it on drain and spin setting, it would refill the tub with water.
