I have a pair of these (48" x24" x72") from a former $50/ea sale at Lowes. The metal racks are ok, but just ok. From testing, if shelves are overloaded or unevenly loaded, they bow out pretty fast. The shelves are MDF of the mulch board variety--very poor quality. My shelves sag (on both units) noticeably even though my garage is air conditioned and none of the shelves are overloaded. Basically they're made in the USA, but could've been made in China (based on quality alone).
I have had these down in my basement, which can get moist in the Summer. I do have a dehumidifier running at 60% humidity and so far so good. Been a couple years and no sagging or disintegration. Granted, I don't load it down with 800 lbs/shelf capacity, more like 100-200lbs. If you perchance do collect boulders and anvils, then replacing the particle boards with half-inch plywood will be better.
I have 2 of these in my basement and I think they're great for what I use them for, seasonal decorations, boxes of random stuff. I haven't had any sagging but I'm not overloading. Been about 3 years now.
