Hoping this would come down more in price. I used Apple Pay to get 5% back with discover. It's sort of dumb that Best Buy got rid of their rewards program for non credit card holders

These are still just stupid expensive vacuums. I have a V8, replaced the battery a couple years ago with an amazon third party for $30, gives even more run time that the original battery. That and a small flashlight and I'm replicating anything V11 or above. Ok, I'm being facetious but still do you think Dyson has ever had ANYONE pay $700 for this vacuum.

I just got the v8 refurb from eBay for $195…
I still have the v7 and everything still works, except the stick broke…
I'm seriously considering returning the refurb for this, anyone want to weigh in on if it's "worth" it. I'm very much a clean freak with 5 kids, 1 being a crawling baby…
Anyone have any pointers for getting a bigger discount, although this seems solid.
For those debating between v6, v8 and this one, reposting from my other v15 thread:

I have a V6, V8 and now the V15 from the costco deal.

V6 has a very short runtime and inadequate suction for my 1300SFT Condo comapred to the V8. It also is loud, and noticeably so in the higher pitch range.

The V8 is loud but very serviceable for cleaning one room at a time(2 cats, 2 dogs, carpet), but runs out of juice if I try to do the living room and bedroom.

The V15 is quieter, incredibly powerful (was picking up rugs I used to vacuum at max power on the V8), and I vacuumed what would normally take my V8 out of commission and had 60% battery left.

Overall, if you are looking to get more out of your vacuum, I honestly doubt you'd be disappointed. I didn't even realize how loud my V8 was until I used the V15 (again, while getting more suction out).

The only big downside is that the V15 is a bit bulkier than the V6 or V8, so fatigue might be an issue for some.

I bought this one to work with my v10 absolute. More sucking power and run time. I really liked the green laser so you can pick up everything.

I purchased a Pro membership first. It took around 20 mins to have membership prices.

V15 Detect "Extra" exclusively at Best Buy, the Costco one is v15 Detect "Total clean extra". The difference is couple accessories, which honestly you probably don't need.

Your primarily going to use the Digital Motorbar and Fluffy Optic. Just make sure you don't get the flavor with the older Laser Slim head.

I got the Costco one last time because I needed a vacuum, with the expectation is gonna drop more by Black Friday so I'll rebuy/return.

If you want one now this is overall great price but if you want flexibility to return later then go with Costco.

Warning: with that laser head be prepared to know things about your floors, you might not wanted to know lol
What do you mean older Laser Slim head? Some of the v15 comes with older laser slim head? I placed order last night. How do I check if it is older laser slim head?

5 kids and you are a clean freak? What is your secret? I have 1 and can't keep up with cleaning. Both of us have full time careers.

It would depend on price drop. I have had success talking to them and getting price adjustments. Alternatively buy new one and return new one with the older receipt. I wouldn't return the used one, I'm not that terrible.
This kind of shit is exactly why every year less and less stores retain customer friendly return policies. In the long run unethical abuses of these policies are going to cost us all a lot more than the few bucks you save doing year-later return/rebuys.

I did the same thing. Runs like a champ. Just wish I could get a new Fluffy attachment for cheap. Mine's getting really old
