Requires epp or edu. Works when i used my samsung phones to browse. Price didnt show up when i used a desktop. (Not sure if true for everyone but i was able to replicate on three different accounts. Placed two seperate orders; one with edu and one with epp.

Try clearing cache and data on browser. Look for a small popup asking for cookie permision. Allow it. Good luck.

Just add to cart and a popup will show up and gives you items to select from. You can pick from a galaxy a11+ or buds4 pro. You can use it on other accessories or watches. The buds4 pro were totally free so i chose those.

I've been going back and forth with Samsung's ordering system for days now, and honestly, it's been a mess. I'm logged into the same account, but depending on whether I use my regular browser, an incognito window, or the Shop Samsung app on my phone, I get completely different offers at checkout.
Sometimes I see extra discounts, Samsung Instant Credits for accessories, and even an additional 10% off. Other times, those offers are nowhere to be found. It's pretty ridiculous that the same account can show completely different deals depending on how you access the store.
I've actually got a few cases open with Samsung now because of all these inconsistencies. They're saying they might give me a promo code for a future order to make up for the hassle, but I haven't received anything yet.
Guess we'll see what happens. It's just frustrating that ordering something from Samsung has turned into this much of a headache.

As with samsung deals its sometimes finicky. Good luck.

Also this is the webpage i used to get epp. Not sure if its easy to sign up anymore but years ago i was able to just add some random casino and got epp every since.

Thank you. You are absolutely right. I went back again, and it shows $729 for black and 769 for all other colors. The Galaxy Buds4 Pro was also free.
