For me looks like total after taxes is $74.53. A cash back app has $10 back (rack it in!!) So $64.53 for 6mos on their unlimited plan. My main deterrent is the fact that I likely won't be willing to pay their regular prices at the 6mo renewal mark. But I just left TMobile and need somewhere to land. I'm on a 30day free trial with us mobile and not a huge fan. Think I might pull the trigger.... if something amazing pops up around Black Friday or Christmas I'll gladly ditch the $60 plan, I guess. TMobile had me all the way up to $46/mo (up from $25/mo approximately 1 year ago) my final month so anything really beats it.
total wireless 5g MAX BYO phone is the plan for you...

I agree I was really excited about that plan... turns out Verizon coverage in my area is super spotty. I spent about 2 weeks of my us mobile trial on their Warp network (Verizon). Through those two weeks I had a lot of weird service drops and slow speeds. I've never had an issue with TMobile. I've also spent some time on Dark Star (ATT) and haven't had much issue, so that's another option.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

These prepaid 6-month and 12-month deals are a wonderful price, but then you have to jump through all sorts of hoops and line porting nonsense all over again to try and hop onto the next deal, or you are just stuck paying full price. It's fine if you have all day to mess with this stuff, but not ideal if you just want to find a good price long term.

warp network is NOT prioritized as regular Verizon and is treated differently. That may have been part of your issue, but there is a possibility it's just spotty where you are at too. Where I am moving too ATT, is LITERALLY, unusable. Tmobile is spotty and Verizon rules by a large margin. It all depends on your area...

usmobile has 3 different network options, for me their verizon network wasn't great, but their tmobile was just as good as mint and their customer service was excellent. i switched to mint only because of the pixel 10 deal they had awhile back. i will probably switch my wife or son to them for this deal as their current plan is about to expire.

Google voice is great, but you still have to deal with finding another provider every 6 months..you're missing the point..

to me the total wireless promo for $30 for the first month and then $20 for the next 59 months seems to be the better deal if one carea about truly unlimitied non throttled data. that is all in, taxes, fees, included. also lots of international texting, data, call thrown in. couple that with the cashback from some rack it in sites and credit card offers (i have multiple $15 back on $30 on my amex cards as well as a bunch of 15% back on my chase cards}..
The total wireless deal seems like a solid option if you don't want to frequently change carriers to squeeze out the best deal at any given time.

I had this same experience. I was almost 100% certain that I would go in on the recent Visible deal, but luckily I did their free trial SIM. I had Verizon 10ish years ago before TMo and it was always excellent service in Ohio, but it's a vastly different picture now. I wasn't even able to reliably use Verizon service at my home or work. Tables really turned on that one.

Yes, Google Voice. What about it? I have a spare number that I rarely use via it, but it has nothing to do with my actual primary phone number or the phone service I maintain.

Bruh!!! my current mint plan is expiring in few days, this deal is NOT for the existing customers. Now I need to port my mint number out and back to get this deal. Too much to deal with :-) lol
