Amazon changes these promos often, unfortunately I have no way to predict this. I check deals at the moment of posting. My tool pulls promo links / discounts / etc at the moment of posting.
My guess Amazon is matching some other retailer and adjusts items list when stock changes.

This isn't a pricing issue. It's a known-multi-buy problem with the deals you pull from/post. Other sites that use tools have the same issue. I don't believe for a minute that you're curating each deal you post is vetted. Therefore, most people can't take advantage. I guess your point is, you have to act within a second or two seconds of your deal posts in order to take advantage of them?
