Yep. The new 270K+ is often $200 at Microcenter and a much better buy if you've got one nearby. Looks like the $599 combo with a mobo and 32GB of DDR5/6000 is back, too.
Funny they call it a 'Gaming' CPU. I think consensus is i9's are usually overkill for gaming, additional cores (vs i5 or i7) aren't gonna do much for your gaming performance. More of a workstation beast CPU.
