The Amazon ad does not make rechargeable clear, but the Acebeam site say: PT20 flashlight comes with a 10880 USB-C lithium-ion battery and is compatible with two readily available AAA alkaline/NiMH batteries making this a great deal IMO.

I recently got the tac aa version and it has some unique 2x AA length battery with a USB plug in. It was a lot heavier than I expected which is good and bad... bad because it is far too heavy for a front pocket pen style light, but good in the sense that it was quite well built. It feels robust.

I have them both. The TAC 2AA should never have been marketed as a penlight. This PT20 is a true penlight.
