3x 12-month Game Pass Basic ($74.99) = $224.97
3x Street Heat PC game ($0.69) = $2.07
3x Promo Code ($12.00) = -$36.00
3x Combo Savings ($3.77) = -$11.31
Subtotal (pre-tax) = $179.73
36-month Game Pass Basic conversion (45%) to Game Pass Ultimate = 16.2 months
$179.73 ÷ 16 months = $11.24 per month ($134.88/year) for Game Pass Ultimate.
Personally, I'd hold off for better deals with Blackfriday around the corner.
If you must have Ultimate then just buy a 1 month ultimate from eneba or loaded for ~$8. The only thing with these is you cant stack them but you can redeem them once the current ultimate sub expires.

Got $60 12mo Essential plan from Newegg and redeemed it -- showed exp 10/5/2027
Got $12 1mo Ultimate plan from eBay and converted it -- GPU membership shows exp 4/18/2027
Did just one conversion for now to keep me going through winter -- will let GPU exp in 6.4 months
Will look for better deals during BF/Xmas and hold off on redeeming/converting it until April
