From my personal experience buying certified refurbished soundcore products from the anker outlet store has been negative. I've made 5-6 purchases and probably there is only one purchase where the product wasn't defective. I really think they are selling people's defective returns and not even testing them out because they're always still paired to other people's phones.

Thanks! Exactly the comment I was looking for. Anker refub deals looks so tempting, especially with 2-year warranty. I was on the fence but now will go with new product

It's only 10 bucks more for this model brand new. And it comes with an 18 month manufacturers warranty

I guess I've been lucky so far. I've bought two refurb earbuds from Anker outlet eBay. A V20i and just recently a V40i. Both have been perfect.

I also bought a brand new C30i from Anker store Amazon.
