Love that I got a deal alert for this 6 hours later when it's back at full price.

This app is such a joke.

If it's schilling otherwise it's just when Amazon decides to change the price, which they do a lot. Not everyone even uses the app, you can just use the SD mobile site. Do what works for you, if the dealer is too stupid then they don't have your business.

Price notwithstanding, I really don't know that these are especially useful in the real world. I have one that's almost 25 years old in pristine condition because it's a jack of all trades, master of none.

The form factor makes it kind a PITA as an EDC and each "tool" is awkward to use.

In each car I keep a Mora Companion in the glovebox, as well as a full-size corkscrew / bottle opener and can opener (among other small things) in a random nook. I don't use them often, but definitely have.

Honestly, these non-plier multitools are best suited for their original use, in the trenches during war, which is to say not really useful in modern times.
