I just paid 300 for a 16e so that I can trade it in to get 930 credit on a new iPhone 18 pro max... how is this a good deal?

Would get this if it had a physical sim tray. It's lame for Apple to not include it in the US when they have to manufacture it anyway for other countries. I bet their sales # would be a lot higher if it has a sim tray.

Thumbed up. Supposedly it was because people would buy the iPhones with SIM card slots and sell them internationally. I hate e-sim

I bought a new one for my friend's mom on Swappa for about $380 after taxes/shipping. I think it's locked to AT&T but that's fine. Big upgrade from her 13 mini in terms of battery life.
