The Fire TV 4K Max is half the price of the Cube, and is a solid choice too. For the price, I'd get the 4K Max if someone is looking at a Fire TV, plus with it being the stick, it can tuck behind a TV or be taken with you for travel easier than the Cube or even the Onn.

The 4k stick is often little more than this on sale and worth it for the faster processor and more RAM for a quicker navigation of menus and apps etc

you could trade this in on a new cube for 20% off of the now $90 cube ($18).. I traded in a old gen1 stick stuck in a bootloop just a few days ago. That gets it down close to the new ONN box prices.

I swore I would never again buy a fire os device, but I had to atleast try one. Now the only fire devices I run are 2nd and 3rd gen cubes.. It is snappy and that real usb A port is nice to have but then again the ONN top end ONN boxes already had that. I would probably NOT recomend a cube or any fire device, but I do have a recast for local OTA, so there that reason..
