Woot sometimes buys from liquidators and often the oems will not honor the full warranty as a result. At least for the predecessor of this sound bar which is the f version, Woot usually sells the Canadian version which offers no us warranty unless you possibly ship it back to Canada. I don't know about this version but be careful.

As indicated by someone else, the f version can be found on Samsung workplace discount for $800. If you don't have workplace discount but have aaa, it's the same $800 price.

The differences between the f and the h can be clearly found online including YouTube reviews. They're fairly minimal but most people would agree that this h version is a modest jump up. The hardware (speakers) are actually exactly the same but they added some additional software functionality that might provide some modest benefits, and $100 additional might be worth it, but not necessarily if you are forgoing the warranty.

Ordered ! Sounds like extra 100$ is worth it for the newest model .. plus will try and use extra one yr credit card warranty protection if ever needed

You might want to check your credit cards warranty because many if not most of the credit cards will not offer you the extra year if the product does not come with a valid us manufacturer warranty. Just an FYI.
