Pass. Better to pick up Ultra 2 for 500ish. S9 and S10 chip were identical except for chip layout, which was used to make Series 10 much thinner. But Ultra 3 didn't get any thinner, so it's effectively the same device. The screen borders got a tiny bit smaller, if that's important to you.
