Check CyberPowerPC reviews. I would not purchase another CyberPowerPC again. I purchased directly from from CyberPower. The build quality was not great missing extra fans ordered and poor wiring. It eventually died at 1 year exactly. Customer service was horrible and offered no help.

The LGA 1700 socket is a dead end and seems like a poor choice for a starter platform. Intel isn't producing new CPU's for that line and your only upgrade path is an i9. My guess is CyberPower is tying to unload old CPU / Mobo's by bundling them with 5070's.

*Not hating on the LGA 1700...my desktop CPU is on the same dead path but it has been going that direction for nearly 3 years.
