They abandoned their Wi-Fi customers without any compensations. They decided to shut down their wifi divsion and the app no longer works which disabled the wifi capabilities on ALL of the wifi devices. Only a few are supported in ios Apple HomeKit App. There are third party apps but they are premium with low ratings.
There are many brands out there with good cusomer support. Don't support companies that adandon their customers!. Let them know that that will be the end of the brand by not standing behind their product and being a responsible company.
It's plugging in to a 15A/1800W or 20A/2400W circuit. If you had 10 appliances plugged in to this, and tried to power them all simultaneously ....if the power consumption exceeded 15A (or 20A) the circuit breaker at the distribution panel will trip.
