I am tempted even with all that TV / entertainment center weirdness, it was my choice for the G8 model but that ROG came out with their ROG Swift OLED PG32UCWM and a new wait begins. Boys, do check out that new ROG panel.

I always wanted a G80SD but never pulled the trigger when it was on EPP. This is the only 32" OLED 16x9 with Tizen on EPP.

A perk is this has USB-C for video!

Bigger Screens such as Apple studio monitors are made by LG. Samsung only supplies screens for phones, MacBooks and possibly some iPads.

How's the text clarity on this? I've seen a few gaming oled monitors and for standard work the text clarity was awful because of the pixel arrangement

I've had this monitor for a little over a year now and the text clarity isn't perfect, but it's been usable as my work monitor. Not going to stand up to an IPS display or WOLED, but better than the MSI QD-OLED I tried before picking this up.

At this price I'm tempted to pick up a second one.

I'm waiting for the ASUS ROG Swift PG32UCDMR to come down in price for the holidays, and I'm sure it will. Primarily it has DP2.1 so I can play uncompressed at 4k which is what my GPU was made to do.
