Limited Support for this model: Motorola's current U.S. support page for the Moto G Stylus 2025 now explicitly lists:
Launched with: Android 15
Upgraded to: Android 16
Next OS: Android 17
Security updates through: March 2028
Security patches: at least bi-monthly �
Motorola Support US
So, as of now, the expected OS path is:
Android 15 → Android 16 → Android 17
That means Android 17 is currently planned to be the final major OS upgrade, unless Motorola later extends support

I've had two for almost a year. Great phone for the price: near-stock android, headphone jack, microSD slot, great OLED 120hz screen, 68w fast charging, great battery life, smooth performance, reliable fingerprint reader and face unlock. Cameras are pretty decent, but will struggle in difficult lighting or with fast movement. The only real negative for me is no Always on Display.
