Does anyone know if it works while you're on a Dashpass free trial? Before I sign up for another service

Edit: I started the trial and it did change the gift card to $25 so that does work

It seems like web browser won't let you use gift cards but the app seems to apply the credits. (Did not make the purchase to confirm).

Edit: After I added to cart on mobile and checked on browser, I can see credits applying there too. Not sure if they always applied and I missed it.

I tried on mobile but I couldn't apply the credits. Still a good deal, decided to buy Pokopia instead.

I actually didn't get Fire Emblem since I already did a preorder with Walmart. I did get Xenoblade Chronicles 2 Switch 2 version
