Ha, almost bought one (automatic reaction), then remembered I got one a year ago, for $22, that it gets hot quickly, and sustains a max output closer to 2000 lumens. I think it can do a quick flash of 3500.

Weird, mine does well but I also changed the battery to one with a lower internal resistance (eve p50l) and it does great. Also a flashlight getting hot quickly on what I assume is turbo mode for you, is a good thing and it means it's actually dissipating heat.

For $21 this torch is great buy. I take one camping all the time.

Great 27100 flashlight for $21-$25. I got it in the warmer 5000k for $21xx a few months ago. The OP (Orange Peel) reflector provides an nice beam profile... floody with some throw. I really like the Tail E switch which has a easy satisfying click.

You can choose stepped or stepless ramping. It does get pretty warm on higher modes but I don't need to use those for long. The 6000K-6500K version will be a little more efficient and be brighter and cooler in both light color and heat generation. I'd buy a second one if Sofirn offered it in another body color.

Definitely buy at $21 I'm getting another just because I can't not for the price and I'll find someone to gift it to.I've had this about a year after paying $33. It was a good deal. I've got no tech specs or even rigorous or systematic observations but I can assure anyone that it's very bright, simple to operate, conveniently sized for putting in my pants pocket and great in my hand. The only downsides are not significant compared to the performance/price value but it does not have the capability to charge your phone even though it uses the 21700 batteries and while it does have a manual lockout by 4 quick button presses it's generously sized button makes it easier to defeat the lockout accidentally because unfortunately it only takes a double press. Thankfully unlike a couple nice lights I've recently purchased including a lovely Sofirn a easy 1/4 turn keeps it safely off until you intend to use it. It's a great deal at $21 and I highly recommend it.

Very good price, thing is thick af tho for those of you thinking of using it as an EDC. I bought one thinking, just a little thicker for more brightness can't be that bad right? I ended up buying a TS10v2
