From Rtings....The LG UA77 is a bad TV overall. It's best-suited for use in a light controlled room, as it looks bad in a dark room due its terrible black levels, but it can't overcome glare in a bright room. It has poor motion handling that makes it a disappointing choice for watching sports or gaming, despite its low input lag.

For 200, you can't expect super performance. For an average person, it's more than enough.

Their TVs will scan anything and everything that's on the network it connects to. Phones, watches, thermostats, etc. That is demonstrated in the Gamer Nexus video

And LG is 100 percent spyware including spying on your signals running through the HDMI cable, a built in microphone that cannot be fully disabled. They claim "they own the glass" and can send any data they want to their servers and share with whomever they want. Boycott LG or if you just can't, then NEVER connect them to any wifi or Ethernet. (Though their sets do actively hunt for active unprotected WiFi and might still find a way to phone home regardless) Search many videos about this.
