I've had this unit since Covid. I know it's pricey but if you can somehow afford this, don't blink, just get it. I have fresh bread on-demand of my own recipes at least 2x a week, only a handful of fresh ingredients (not like the 20+ ingredients in grocery store bread to keep it soft and shelf stable). And the taste is amazing. You won't regret it.
