Luckily I was able to get out of jail, but lost all my receipts after HD banned my account last year.
I didn't even do the return, I just cancelled half of my order they banned me they wouldn't let me create another account.

(Sadly, this method has gotten the BEST results when the first call to CS fails to get anywhere. When you get run into a circle and they refuse to escalate OR help you, just smile, hang up, and write a scathing post on the MuskRat eXpress.)
My account AND address were eventually reinstated, but I still cannot pay with Paypal for anything. No idea why, I can use Credit just fine. But they refuse to accept PP. Tried it one day, and they're like.....we not legally obligated to tell you why OR to take your order via any payment method we want.
