I have really come to like this style and so have a couple of different pairs, including the OpenOrb. Given that they're open and therefore not meant to block outside noise or be immersive, I think they're pretty good.
The case is extremely annoying - the round shape and slick exterior makes it a little difficult to open - and there's no screen to show battery status.
If these are identical to the TOZO, you can't change the volume by tapping, only by using your phone, which is wild to me. I have used the TOZO app for other models and they have the ability to reassign tap patterns for various functions, but not these. Another pair of TOZO, the OpenEarRing, will let you do it, but it also shows 4 tap pattern options in the app though it will only let you set 2, so you have to decide what's most important: volume control, play/pause, or next/previous track. Given that these limitations are almost certainly firmware, it's weird to me that they don't open up the options. Seeing this other brand being identical, I wonder if TOZO doesn't actually control the firmware because they're just slapping their logo on a generic set.
Also, my first pair of Orbs had a green corrosion type issue at the charge contacts within the case. I'd clean it out, but the green residue would come back. TOZO did send me a replacement AND gave me a refund, and the replacements have been fine.
