If your dryer is so full of lint that you need to use a vacuum hose in the back of it, you're not emptying the lint tray nearly enough.

if you want to get the one with the brush it's $7.99. it's the one that I have and it's worked very well. I personally spend the extra $1.50 to get the brush.

The one that I have is comparable to the one that the OP listed and it's pretty clear that it'll work on just about every vacuum because it's a stretchy gel like material. I've only used it with my regular vacuum but I have little doubt that it would work with my shop vac as well. And it doesn't fall off because it's pretty grippy.
This all said, despite the fact that I don't use the brush that I have that often, I would get one that has both the brush and the vacuum attachment but I would get the single piece unit like the one that OP listed but with also the addition of the brush. They come up on Slickdeals quite a bit.
