I bought it through Epic games a few years ago and not much has changed really. It's worth 7 bucks if you wanna know a bit more about your system or if you overclock ect...
I have been using 3DMark since the early days when it came out. Though I don't overclock or fine tune my pc anymore cause its just fast enough that it is not necessary.

They had several releases with the "3DMark [number]" nomenclature through 3DMark 11 (released Dec. 2010) but switched to just 3DMark in 2013 while occasionally adding/updating new tests like Fire Strike and Time Spy. In 2019 they added Port Royale (paid DLC) which benchmarked ray tracing and Steel Nomad replaced Time Spy in 2024 as a free update.
An even more stressful ray tracing benchmark called Speed Way was added in 2022 and comes with the 3DMark suite but for folks like me who bought it before Oct. 2022, it's a $5 DLC ($2.50) on sale. Unfortunately, despite buying 3DMark Advanced in 2013, Port Royale (with cheese!) in 2019, and somehow 3DMark again in 2021, I don't get Speed Way and it's just not worth the extra spend to me. $7 for everything is a good deal.
