Look, if you think buying any supplements and consumables from anywhere but China (especially the US) will protect you, I have a bridge to sell you… US companies regularly sell knowingly harmful product to their consumers. Not just the US. Also, third party testing and certification. I like to check the SuppCo app, Examine.com, and ConsumerLabs.com before buying any supplements.

After using Magnesium L-Threonate I can't go to any other type of magnesium, and I recommend that to everyone else as well. It's one of the few variants of magnesium that can be absorbed by your brain, and I've been having dreams which I have not had for many years, deep sleep when I am able to fall asleep. Glycinate is not absorbed by your brain.
