He is trying to say it runs very hot which is lie. There are plenty of reviewes available, praising this laptop and currently this is the cheapest option of a Ulra X series laptop with B390M igpu and 32GBB ram

Went to see the laptop in person at Costco. It was basically sitting idle just running the demo reel but the left side was considerably warmer than the right side like I've seen some reviewers say. Nice price but I think it's a pass.

A lot of people were reporting the same heat related issues in the link from the previous deal shared above.

2 months ago, this exact laptop deal had 175 👍. Why is this one not as popular?

I bought this laptop from Costco last time it was $1399 and it gets unbearably hot on the entire left side. The keyboard gets so hot you can't even touch it for long. It was just warm when running normal tasks in Eco Mode, but as soon as you tried running a game or did a render, the temps would spike and would thermal throttle (checked with HWinfo).

I wanted to love this laptop; was specifically looking for an Intel Ultra / Arc B390 based system and this checked all the boxes. Read/watched all the pro reviews, no mention of temps. There are MANY user reviews stating they had heat issues, so either there is a cooling system design issue or MSI has terrible QC with this laptop. I regrettably returned mine and am still looking for a deal on a similar laptop from another manufacturer.
