Some kind of new metal chopstick tech? Last time I tried metal chopsticks they were annoying to pick up noodles. Lol might be a chance a just suck at using chopsticks too I guess.

My Korean friends just have metal ones and they are really good at metal chopsticks. Unsure if this is common on other asian culture.

Metal chopsticks can be a bit more slippery with foods like noodles that require a bit of grip. Otherwise for everything else it's fine. I do appreciate the durability of metal as opposed to wood because wood does deform overtime, and because metal is rigid (at least the good quality ones) it does pick up heavier food items better whereas a wooden chopstick might flex. Plus from hygiene perspective wood does absorb liquids so generally you do want to make sure it is aired out properly, whereas metal is metal. Haven't had metal chopsticks rust on me so they've worked very well. And yes, Korea has historically and currently use metal kitchenware like utensils, plates, bowls, and cups. Makes it super durable and virtually unbreakable for little ones that are careless!

Nothing new, 304 just means stainless steel and been around for some time.
