Regardless, what you selected seems great but for whatever reason, isn't listed as the Top 8 deals on this excellent web site that tracks the best gaming laptop deals.

Not an OLED screen? Sadly the screen is the weakest link. Could have been OLED but I suppose, it is good (assuming it is matte and IPS?)

I went through 3 different 18" TUFs, returning each one. They all worked well otherwise, but every single one had noticeable backlight edge bleed. I can't say whether the same issue would occur on the smaller 14" screen, but it's something I'd keep in mind.
The other thing that bothered me was the fan. The blower can get VERY loud under load (this is could look past, but after getting the strix & I saw how much quiter things could be, it was pretty significant)
After countless hours and I mean countless, dealing with customer service, including 22+ hours of phone calls across the returns, "repairs" that never actually happened, and everything else, ASUS eventually upgraded me to the ROG Strix series.
The 18" TUF screens seemed to have a pretty consistent issue with backlight edge bleed. By comparison, the 18" ROG Strix is noticeably quieter, and the backlight bleed on mine was almost unnoticeable. It has also diminished even further over time.
So, overall, the TUF is a capable laptop, but based on my experience with three different brand new in box 18" models, I'd personally be cautious about the display and just understand that the fan noise is fairly loud compared to a rog strix.. Hopefully the 14" has better quality control in that regard.
