edited with answers: returnable with free shipping with prime if it doesn't fit well or don't like it?(=no, not even if sized very badly. Free return only if defective. Not worth paying shipping to return) more Likely a returned item than on Amazon. What's the perfumey stuff they spray in the clothing? Were people able to wash the smell out?= likely from customer who returned it or migration from disinfectant they spray in the warehouse or other highly fragranced items nearby.
I think that 90 day warranty on the item page must be wrong? I don't think there's any warranty on clothes?

I think it means you can get some polyester or other material and stuff it into the jacket for more insulation

I bought one of these a fews years ago and it was actually pretty good quality.
They run a little big, so definitely order your usual size.
For $10 it's a good deal.

It's easy to return stuff to woot. If the self service doesn't let yoi, just use contact support and they'll give you a shipping label.
