Jomashop is a valid alternative, but it isn't an identical purchase. This Amazon listing includes Citizen's factory warranty and Amazon's easier return process, while Jomashop provides its own warranty instead and charges return-shipping costs. Some buyers value those differences.

I think I have 5-6 eco drives and 7-8 total citizens. Never needed the warranty, to be honest. Returns can be avoided by going to the local Macy's, or other authorized distributor, and trying it on. Zero issues with the 3 I have bought from officialwatchdeals as "refurbished" if you really want to save some money

Same here, joma, ashford have also been fine for me.
