FYI, although not a "slick deal," there was a Vinylphyle AAA reissue of this album [udiscovermusic.com] last month produced from the original master tapes.

It's super confusing because the reviews for the MP3 (who buys mp3 in 2026?!), cd, cassette, 45 rpm vinyl, aaaand 33.33rpm vinyl are all mashed together.Best I can tell, there is a 2-disc version for $56.52 that is out of stock, and the $26.59 version is described as "Import." But, the description still says it's a 2-disc package. Soooo I guess it's a gamble whether this is the 33 rpm or 45 rpm version... but 6 copies already sold while I was researching, 9 left.In case you're a casual Counting Crows enjoyer who doesn't own this album yet (like me), this is their debut album with "Mr. Jones" on it.

I used to listen to this when I was 16 in 1993. That's the equivalent of a 49 year old person in 1993 seeing a deal for an album from 1960. Time is crazy.

This album is generally more expensive for some reason. Picked one up this time on sale.
The documentary of Counting Crows is pretty good also if you have HBO or can catch it on a flight somewhere.
