Thank you. While not exactly the same as adding fresh vegetables to your dishes, it's a win when you consider convenience and cost. Fresh vegetables are not cheap!

Ingredients: Potatoes, cabbage flakes, onions, carrots, celery slices, green and red bell pepper.

So basically it's potato flakes with a few other things for flavoring. Not what I had mind for vegetable stew but I'm sure it'd make a fine potato stew.

Yes, it's mostly potatoes. But that's by design. You don't seem to realize that these are meant for camping and disaster prep, hence the 25 year shelf life. And in those scenarios, especially disasters, carbohydrates is exactly what you need most to sustain the body. Why do you think potatoes were so important to the poor throughout history, e.g. the great Potato Famine? If you want to make yummy vegetable stew for everyday consumption, this isn't for you. But if you want something nonperishable to sustain your body with calories when regular food is unavailable, then this is perfect.

All carbs and no vitamins will give you scurvy. I know exactly what the market is for this product. I also know other products have a better variety which includes more complete nutrition. Most of us already have cans of dehydrated potato flakes which are sold cheaper than this when they go on sale. Thanks for trying but you don't know as much as you think you do.
