Although they have this under monitors, this a TV model. They have M70H TVs.

Smart monitors equals data collection. Reason TVs have become so cheap over the years is due to data collection so this honestly should be cheaper and higher refresh rate if that's the case... it literally can see and capture what's on your screen at least on TVs I know.

It is true, but you can disable data collection on Samsung TVs.

I bought these last time they were on sale. As a monitor, they're pretty bad.. at 1080p, text is fuzzy. Missed the return window so now they're just taking up space.

Yeah...I was on the fence about this deal and an open-box 4K QLED from Best Buy. Went with the 4K tv and I feel good about my decision.
