Anyone have experience with this TV? The specs are great but it's a 4 year old TV which makes me hesitant.

Why would you be hesitant just because of its age? It's a 4k Sony Bravia, enough said.

Goodwill will not even accept a TV for donation if it is over 5 years old.

I don't see why anyone would buy this four year old open box OLED over something like an equal size and new LG B6.

The B6 would be substantially more modern tech (internal processing, etc), and brighter. That model's open box is the same price.

And before someone mentions it, I have both an A95L and a Bravia 9, so I understand the benefits of Sonys upscaling and processing. Not worth it for a TV this old.

There's literally no correlation between the products a charity will accept and the viability of a TV.
