Per Google:
"The LG C5 OLED is significantly brighter than the LG B5 OLED in both HDR and SDR content, though the gap at the 48-inch size is closer than it is on larger models.
Brightness Numbers
LG C5 Peak HDR Brightness: Reaches roughly 1,180 to 1,200 nits on a 10% window.
LG B5 Peak HDR Brightness: Reaches roughly 650 to 688 nits on a 10% window.
SDR Brightness: The C5 maintains higher sustained brightness (often over 600 nits), making it perform much better against reflections in moderately lit spaces.48-Inch
Considerations
Panel Differences: While larger C5 sizes benefit fully from advanced brightness-booster evo panels, some users note that the 48-inch C5 and B5 share a closer baseline. However, the C5 panel still outputs higher luminance and handles specular highlights and reflections more effectively.
Room Lighting: The C5 is better suited for rooms with ambient light or windows due to its higher headroom. The B5 works well, but is best kept in a dark room or controlled lighting environment where its lower peak brightness is less restrictive."

I keep my brightness at 50% in a sunny room fwiw. My wifi module has failed after one year, so an extended warranty would have been nice.
