Can someone who owns this comment if this is a true /close enough to 100w output?

Can't find this exact model, but found what seems basically the same on Amazon. Vine reviewer said 86W. Got 4.9 stars from 25 'reviews', but they don't read convincingly.

I don't own this panel, but it looks like rock bottom pricing at half or less of market prices. Other SOLUPUP offerings on Amazon have overall very good ratings

Regarding output in watts, rated watts are at maximum rated output voltage (in this case 18V), which is rarely taken full advantage of in the real world. For instance, if you're charging a dead 12V battery the solar panel will "ride" the battery's voltage, effectively delivering 66.6W at 12V, or 2/3 of rated power using Ohm's Law of P (Power in Watts) = I ( Current in Amps) X E (Voltage). Near full charge voltage of 14.5V or so, you'll see about 80W of effective charge power. Some higher end home PV inverters and chargers can harvest the power available between battery volts and panel max output voltage, but most lower cost equipment can't.

This reality is across the board with virtually all solar panels. One has to manage expectations based on the science and not assume that a 100W panel will deliver 100W under all full sunlight conditions. A much more realistic approach is to look at amperage delivered by the panel, as this is fairly flat across all voltages up to 18V, and calculate accordingly. A 100W panel should deliver roughly 6 amps in full sunlight. The load dictates actual effective power delivered, depending on its operating voltage and/or special circuitry for harvesting solar power input.

86% efficiency is pretty good if the review is legit. I have a similar model from a different brand. I get about 80% at the peak hour but pretty happy with the consistent 70% (70 watt) solar input. I plug these in series. I prefer to use multiple 100 watt or 200 watt panels instead of the 400 watt. It is smaller and easier to transport for my use.

Same seller also has new Shenzen 200W for $69.92, which is a steal.
