Supposed to be a clone of noire extreme but this doesn't really match up 100%. Not bad but this is one case where the original is much better

Right, it's not very close to Noir Extreme. On it's own it's a really good scent in similar direction and I still enjoy it, but one would be disappointed if expecting Noir Extreme.
Still a really good value, specially at $17.
