Works online for me. I went to Walmart.com > Services > Photo Center. Then Prints > 1 Hour Prints. Uploaded my photos, put 4x6 prints in my cart, in-store the perk was automatically displayed, along with option for store pickup or free shipping/no minimum included with WM+. Placed order for 7 prints total $0.00, delivery by this Saturday.

the OP steps are taken directly from the Walmart+ page, if the person had bothered to read the OP they'd know what is required. spoon feeding the same info over and over to people does get a little old.
