That's how you know this item will be poor quality.
Also, read some of the 2-star and 3-star reviews.
"the c2 when i use just it alone it doesnt charge my laptop but c1 will whats up with that?" - Port C1 is good for 65W and 15V & 20V output. Port C2 is only good for up to 12V and 20W. The manufacturer even silkscreened a tiny computer icon and circled the C1 port but apparently this still wasn't enough.
"It gets hot" - Yeah, no kidding. Nearly all of these things get hot when pulling 65w through them.
"Cable is awfully short." - Free, included over-spec'd 100W cable wasn't 6-8' long so let's give it 3 stars.
"I checked the box and everything else and nothing indicate it as a PD charger. The only time PD is mentioned is in the product name." - Checked the box and "everything else" but not the included guide or product web page. Both list the PD protocols - AFC, PD2.0/3.0, PPS, QC2.0, QC3.0, etc.
Basically, check any USB-C charger or cable on Amazon and you'll see endless reviews complaining about things that either A) don't matter or B) are due to a total lack of understanding how USB-C PD works. "I bought a 100W cable but my iPhone still charges slow", "this charger is rated 120W but my Apple watch still takes 2 hours to charge!", "I bought a 65W charger and used the wrong port and a shitty non-PD capable cable with it and it doesn't charge my laptop!" etc. etc. I get that these things may appear confusing on first glance, but given that nearly every human with access to Amazon also has access to the full breadth of human knowledge from their phone - it's pretty inexcusable at this point.
Yeah, I'm happy with INIU's battery packs.
Otherwise good deal and good price.
