There's only 3 cons I really have with it.
1: The compressor makes a moderately loud thump noise on mine when it turns the compressor off. Loud enough that if I was sleeping in the room with it on it would probably wake me up.
2: The smart app doesn't have very advanced features. For the most part you can just adjust the humidity settings, modes, and power on/off based on a timer or a set time. I wish it let me create more advanced rules and schedules. I just have mine set to turn on in the morning and turn off in the evening. It works.
3: The humidity sensor can sometimes act weird. When you first turn it on it might detect some crazy humidity like 68% and then after a few minutes it will slowly correct itself and drop to say, 56%. It's not a huge deal but it does make me question the accuracy.
An honorable mention con is it looks very hard to open up the plastic shell, so if you ever wanted to do some maintenance I'm not sure how you could do it without breaking a bunch of plastic tabs and potentially panels.
