These are awesome and I've had MANY. Great customer support as well.

I've had the Aftershokz, Shokz OpenRun, OpenRun Pro, OpenRun Pro 2's & Pro 2 Mini and as of last month the OpenSwim Pro (they've been great for swimming).

I've had two pairs that had issues - a Pro Mini that just buzzed and turned off and wouldn't ever turn back on again and a Pro 2 Mini that I RMA'd after 15 months last month. When I RMA'd the Pro they didn't have it in stock to replace so they emailed me asking if they could send a Pro Standard till they got more Mini's in stock (about a month wait). I got both the same day and they said just keep both Smilie The Pro 2 Mini the mic failed on (though music had no issues) and last week I just got my replacement and they sent a brand new one. They're 100% my favorite headphones and anyone in the LA office would say I always had them on.

How do you feel about the sizing between the mini and standard? I keep seeing conflicting things online which has prevented me from pulling the trigger. If I was using this on a walk are the mics decent? or is it gonna bother them everytime I'm on a phone call.

Mics are meh. They're bluetooth mics and not as good as airpods. That said I haven't had issues with people understanding me, but their experience won't be as good as just talking into the phone.

I had two openrun break or stop working. The original shockz is still working, its just a bit bulkier. Shokz has a new model openruncoming out soon. Just wish it would last longer

Has anyone had experience with warranty replacement from Shokz when purchasing from 3rd party sellers? I've also had excellent RMA support on these headphones, but the warranty form wants proof of purchase. When I've needed warranty I had Best Buy and Sam's Club receipts to provide. I'm wondering what warranty coverage experiences people have had with eBay third party receipts.

My RMA's were BB & Nebraska Furniture Mart when I RMA'd mine and they requested the purchase receipts. Their website says authorized sellers and while this is techinically Target, the seller isn't specifically Target so I doubt it would be w/ a warranty.

That said, NFM isn't an authorized seller (just checked lol) and they approved the RMA for them so idk for sure, but I lean heavily towards no warranty.
